An Approach Rooted in Values
Across Tufts we are challenged daily by problems that don’t have an easy solution, including problems critical to the educational, research, and administrative functions of the University. Too often we are not intentional in how we approach exploring, defining, and solving these problems.
We offer to you a five-phase framework tailored for Tufts that includes and values voices over imagining others’ experience, emphasizes systems over products, and enables communities as well as individuals to make an impact.
